Nihal Tauro is an Indian singer, songwriter, and composer who is known for his participation in the singing reality show Indian Idol Season 12. The show plays on Sony TV. Tauro has worked as a playback singer in some of the Tulu, Konkani film songs, and music albums. He is a competitor of 2020s Sony Entertainments singing reality show Indian Idol 12.
BIOGRAPHY
Nihal Tauro was born on 21st February 2000 (age 21 years as of 2021). During his school and college days, he was interested in music and was also a performer in various singing competitions. Besides studies, he joined singing reality shows and began performing. He made his singing presentation through the reality show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Kannada Season 15. He emerged as one of the finalists of the show in the year 2008. Later on, he was seen in numerous stage shows held across India and Abroad.

Nihal’s father was very fervent about music and wanted to be a singer but due to the poor financial conditions of the family, he started working at a very tender age to fulfil his family needs.

EDUCATION
Nihal Tauro completed his schooling at Jenny School situated in Tamil Nadu. For his college education, he went to college to pursue his bachelor’s degree in commerce.
CAREER AS A SINGER
Nihal Tauro started his career in singing reality shows and live stage shows. Tauro made his singing debut with the singing reality show titled Sa Re Ga Ma Pa in 2008 which was aired on Zee TV. He also sang in 200 stage shows across India, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait.
Being from Moodbidri, Mangalore, India, the singing industry was in the works for Tauro, as he was seen in another reality show Indian Idol Season 12 in 2020. From that point forward he has performed in different reality stage shows. He also worked as a playback singer for the Kannada industry. He was then associated with the movies like Premiers Padmini and Love Mocktail. In 2017, Nihal also won the Daijiworld Studio Voice title.
