Vaishali Mhade (born in 21st August 1984) is an Indian playback singer. She mainly sings for Marathi and Hindi films and television soaps. She is originally from Hinganghat, Vidarbha, Maharashtra, but is presently residing in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Vaishali Mhade rose to fame after winning Sa Re Ga Ma Pa in 2009. The singer also won Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Marathi in 2008. She is a contestant in Bigg Boss 2 Marathi.
Biography:
Vaishali Mhade is a farmer’s daughter. She started taking professional training for singing at a very tender age. She gained recognition after participating in music reality shows on Indian television. Vaishali Mhade is leading a successful singing career. The singer has not only participated in the reality shows but also judged them. Vaishali Mhade is a family oriented person. She loves to spend time with her family, especially with her daughter. The singer won The Karmayogi Award for her phenomenal singing.

Singer Vaishali Mhade is married to Anant Mhade. She has a 10-year-old daughter. The singer’s husband has supported her during her struggling days. Vaishali Mhade was the mother of her one-year-old daughter when she won Sa Re Ga Ma Pa 2009 title.

Vaishali Mhade completed her primary education from Shri Shivaji High School, Khartalegao, Bhatkuli, Maharastra. For further education, she went to the University of Mumbai. She has completed M. Phil and is pursuing P. hd.
Career:
The singer won Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Marathi in the year 2008. She also won Zee TV Sa Re Ga Ma Pa in 2009. She was in Himesh Reshammiya’s group Jai Mata Di Let’s Rock Gharana. She received 50 Lakh worth music contract and a Hyundai i10 along with the winner’s trophy on Sa Re Ga Ma Pa. She sang the title song for Marathi TV serial Kulvadhu. She also performed in ace Marathi music director, Sridhar Phadke’s music album, Sangeet Manmohee Re.
Vaishali Mhade debuted in Hindi Bollywood music industry with Himesh Reshammiya’s movie Damadamm. The music composer of the movie was Himesh Reshammiya. Vaishali Mhade sang Hum Tum song for the same movie. Vaishali Mhade sang Pinga with Shreya Ghoshal for the movie Bajirao Mastani. She also sang Ghar More Pardesiya for the movie Kalank.
She participated in Marathi singing reality show Sur Nava Dhyas Nava, but she had quit the show because of her higher studies.
Nominations and Awards:
Vaishali Mhade won the Patel Award aka The Karmayogi Award with Madhu Mangesh Karnik and Chandu Bodre. She also won 5th Godrej Expert Sahyadri Cine Awards 2014 for best playback singer for the film Vaghi. The singer was nominated in Mirchi Music Awards (2015) for Pinga song in two categories. The first category was Female Vocalist of the Year and the second category was Upcoming Female Vocalist of the Year.
